 <li>Nutrition and recipes: You provide details on measurements, breastfeeding habits, and activity levels for the app to calculate your daily calorie intake and suggest food group servings based on MyPlate guidelines. Additionally, you'll find a sample meal plan and recipe demonstration videos featuring healthy options using WIC foods.</li>
 <li>Emotional wellness: Understanding that emotional well-being influences lifestyle choices, the app includes a mood tracker and a resource (NAMI Warmline) for support, mindful meditation videos for stress relief.</li>
 <li>Physical activity: The step tracker helps monitor your activity levels by syncing with fitness trackers or health apps. Set daily step goals and access postpartum exercise videos tailored for you and your newborn.</li>
 <li>Community: Peer support is crucial for success but can be challenging to find postpartum. Use the discussion board within the app to connect with fellow users in similar phases of motherhood for advice, favorite recipes, or workout tips.</li>
 <li>Breastfeeding: The app integrates online resources from WIC to support breastfeeding mothers.</li>
